BOOKING PERIOD: This offering is open for booking 24 hours before the start of the class.

RESERVATIONS: All fitness classes require a reservation. If you do not have a reservation, please ask the front desk if there is space before entering the room. Online reservations are available to members, paying non-members, and ten pass holders. Guest passes cannot be used for advanced online sign-ups.

CHECK-IN + CLASS CARD:

• Participants must check in at the front desk 5 minutes before the start of class (even if previously checked in to the facility for climbing) to pick up their class card. This card proves you RSVP'd, and it's your ticket in. If you are late or forget to come by the front desk, your spot may be given to someone else on standby.

CANCELLATIONS: Must be made no less than 1 hour before the start of class.

• Members canceling within one hour will be charged a $5 No-Show Fee.
• Punch card holders making cancellations within one hour will have one pass deducted.
• Non-members who cancel with more than 1 hour's notice are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be given to non-members who cancel with less than 1 hour's notice.

To cancel your reservation, log into your account and cancel under Bookings.

NO-SHOW: Our fitness classes are in high demand, and we’d like to make sure everyone who would like to take a class has the opportunity to do so. Canceling your reservation helps others. If you don't cancel and you are a no-show, the following will be applied:

• Members who no-show will be charged a $5 No Show Fee.
• Non-members who are no-shows will not be refunded. 
• Ten Visit Pass Holders who are no-shows will have one pass deducted.

MATS + PROPS: Please bring your own mat. However mats, props, and other supplies are available.

GENERAL:

• Do not enter classes late.
• Leave shoes, phones, and belongings in cubbies.
• Silence all electronics.
• Make room for everyone and adjust mats as needed.
• Stay for the full class; do not leave early.
• Shirts must be worn at all times.

YOUTH:

• Youth may attend class as long as they participate and respect the classroom as anyone else would.
• Youth who disturb the class will be asked to leave the room. If they are under 12, their responsible adult will need to leave with them.
• Youth 13 and older may take classes and do not need to be supervised by a parent in the room.
• Youths 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent and be approved by the instructor before booking a class.
• Small children are not allowed in class.

Do you often make reservations or bookings with others? If so, link your account with them using your Touchstone Climbing ID. Head to your Customer Portal, and from the menu, select Friends and Family. There, you can copy your ID to share with others or enter others' IDs. By linking your friends and family to your account, you'll be able to book classes together easily. Enjoy!
