Woman Up Climbing Festival Volunteer: Judge, Belay & Monitor

Help make the magic happen! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to lead belay, judge and monitor competition lines during the Open Qualifiers at this year’s Woman Up Climbing Festival. No prior experience is necessary*—just an attentive eye, a love for climbing, and a supportive spirit. You’ll get a front-row seat to the action, help keep things fair and fun, and be part of the crew that brings this event to life.

As a thank you, volunteers will receive one free day pass voucher for each shift worked. You can redeem vouchers yourself or gift them to a friend.

Woman Up Schedule:

Saturday - Open Qualifiers
Date: August 22nd, 2026

• 10:00 am Volunteer Check-in Opens (front desk)
• 10:30 am ISO Opens
• 11:00 am Judges Rules Meeting
• 11:30 am ISO Closes
• 11:45 am Competitor Rules Meeting
• 12:00 pm Qualifiers Begin
• 4:00 pm Qualifiers End

Volunteer Shifts:

• 1 ISO monitor
  
  • 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • 12:45 am to 4:00 pm
• 1 ISO Runner
  • 10:30 am to 1:30 pm
  • 1:15 pm to 4:00 pm
• 4 Belayers (*must have a Touchstone Lead Card)
  • 10:30 am to 1:30 pm
  • 1:15 pm to 4:00 pm
• 4 Judges, 10:30 am to 4:00 pm

Sunday - Finals
Date: August 23rd, 2026
