Woman Up Climbing Festival Volunteer: Outpost Cinema Media Support

Help make the magic happen! We’re looking for camera operators and a card runner for the livestream of finals at this year’s Woman Up climbing festival. No prior experience is necessary—just an attentive eye, a love for climbing, and a supportive spirit. You’ll get a front-row seat to the action, help keep things fair and fun, and be part of the crew that brings this event to life.

As a thank you, volunteers will receive one free day pass voucher for each shift worked. You can redeem vouchers yourself or gift them to a friend.

Woman Up Finals Schedule:
Sunday, August 23rd, 2026, 5:15pm–9:00pm

No experience necessary. By registering as a volunteer, you will receive a job assignment on the day, and you are capable of performing either volunteer duty.

Camera Operator for Finals Livestream
As a Camera Operator for the Finals Livestream of a rock climbing event, you’ll play a critical role in capturing the energy, intensity, and precision of the competition. Operate cameras during the live broadcast of the finals round, following athletes from start to finish on each climb. Maintain framing, focus, and stability while tracking fast and technical climbing sequences.

Card Runner
Assist the production crew by delivering essential items such as batteries, SIM cards, or other equipment to camera operators during the livestream of finals. You’ll be stationed with the production team and remain on call throughout the event, ready to quickly run supplies down to the camera crew as needed.
